Welcome to the alThaqalayn web site. Our goal is to propagate the precious words, and the rich culture, of the Noble Wilāyah for entire human race in the world.                                                                  One Lord (Allāh), One Dīn (Divinity), and One Wilāyah (World-Law).                                                                  Verily, I leave among you two invaluable things (ath-Thaqalyn): The Book of Allāh, and my household, my Ahl al-Bayt.

Imām al-Riḍā ▧:

May Allāh ◣ shower mercy upon an obedient who has revived our cause.  The Imām was asked “how could one revive your cause”?  He replied: by learning about our knowledge, and making it known to [other] people.  People would indeed follow us if they knew about the virtue of our words.

 Book No. 25, v.1, p.180

Imām al-Ḥusayn ▧:

Verily, the love of us, Ahl al- Bayt, sheds sins off an individual, just as a strong wind sheds leaves off the tree.

Book No. 3, v. 27, p. 77, h. 9, c. 4.

Imām al-Bāqir ▧:

A believer can escalate to highest degree of belief with prudent study of our narration.

Book No. 3, v. 1, p. 106, h. 2, c. 3.

Ḥaḍrat Fāṭimah Zahrā ▨:

We, Ahl al-Bayt, are the intermediaries in His Creation, we are His favourites, and the descending point of divinities, and we are His final Proof of His unseen world, and we are inheritors of His prophets.

The Fatimiyyeh Sahifah, p.174

THE IMPORTANCE OF “DU ʿĀ”

(SUPPLICATION)

Praise belongs to Allah (SWT), The Lord of all worlds, and peace is upon Mu ammad and his purified progeny.

There are many Ā y ā t”  in the Glorious Qur’an that Allah (j.j.) refers to supplication for the edification of the believers.  Let us read a few of these Ā y ā t” :

Surah 2, al-Baqarah (the Cow), Ā yah 186:

“And when my obedient worshippers ask you [O messenger!] concerning Me, then [tell them] I am, indeed, near.  I answer prayer of the supplicant when he calls on Me.  So they should solicit my response and should believe in Me, so that they may be led aright.”

Surah 7, al- A ʿ r ā f (The Elevated Barrier between the inhabitants of the Paradise and the hell) Ā y ā t 55 and 56:

“Invoke to your Lord humbly and secretly.  Surely, He does not like those who exceed the limits.  And do not do mischief on the earth, after it has been put in the right order [by Allah], and pray to Him with fear and hope.  Verily, the mercy of Allah is nigh to those who do goods.”

Surah 17, al- Isr ā (The Israelites), Ā yah 110:

“[It is the same] if you invoke to Allah, or to Ar-Rahmān , since there are [many] Names of Outstanding Excellence for Him.”

Surah 40, al-Mu’min (The Believer), Ā yah 14

“Therefore, invoke to Allah, having purified your “ dīn ” for Him, even though the disbelievers dislike it.”

And Ā yah 60:

“And your Lord has said: “Call upon me, I will answer you.  Verily, those who avoid worshiping out of arrogance, will enter hell, in disgrace.”

Also, Allah (The Almighty) says in a Qudsi adith :

“My servant continues drawing near Me through voluntary, optional and extra worship (such as supplication) until I love him and when I love him, I am the hearing through which he hears, the sight through which he grasps, etc.

The Holy prophet Mu ammad (ph&hp) says:

“Supplication is the weapon of the believer, the pillar of the “d ī n ”, and the light of the heavens and the earth.

Book No. 16, v. 2, c. 31, p. 37, h. 95.

The Noble Wil ā yah have put forward numerous heavenly beautiful supplications to show us how to beseech our Unique Lord (J.J.).  They have laid great emphasis on frequent recitation of these supplications, sincerely.  They indeed bring about positive divine energy.

“Supplication is the best form of the worship and remembrance of Allah”.

“Supplication is the most likable deed on earth that is offered to Allah”.

“Supplication wards off disasters, unpleasant happenings, and evil forebodings”.

“Supplication is the remedy for all maladies”.
